We are proud to both honor and support our longtime member and past president, Ed Kinkel.
Ed was not only active on St. John's Board, but in the community and his church, St. Mark's Kenmore.
We began in 2008. Recipients are:
2008 - Rachael Carson-Nelson - St. John, Akron
2009 - Ashley Rohl - St. Paul's, Eggertsville
In 2010 we were able to increase the scholarships to (2)  - 
Andrea LaBounty from Prince of Peace and Colleen Wiechec from Grace, North Tonawanda
2011 -
Rachel Browning from Resurrection and Charlie Kenline (Ed Kinkel’s nephew) from St. John’s Amherst
2012 -
Lydia Webb from Holy Trinity, Buffalo and Divine Lipscomb from Resurrection, Buffalo
2013 -
Abigail Mandris from Townline Lutheran and Gabriel Puccio from Zion Lutheran
2014, extra funds were available, so we added another scholarship for 2014 only - Dylan Grant, Townline; Sabrina Horn, Grace, South Buffalo and Amanda Altman, St. John's, West Seneca.
